What’s the difference between a bridge and an implant?

An implant acts much like a natural tooth. It is a titanium post that is placed into the space where you are missing a tooth. The implant acts like a tooth root that supports a crown that looks like a tooth. A bridge is a replacement option to fill a space that can replace one, two, or rarely 3-4 teeth. It uses the teeth on either side of the space by placing crowns on them and are connected by the fake tooth/teeth.
